Inoculate will insert the necessary markup into an otherwise "normal" webpage turning it into a Gallery/Catalog. If you'd like to preview some of the various options check out Pre-defined Gallery Forms.
This markup can be edited using the Edit(*) option in the Gallery pages or the Catalog pages. In case it's elluded your attention so far the major difference between Gallery and Catalog is:
- Gallery creates and links to a detail page.
- Catalog does not create a detail page.
At the same time that the markup is being inserted into the file, Wnki also creates a mytemplate.html file in the same folder as the gallery page. This guarantees that you can modify the look and feel of any gallery created page. This can be done by editing the file mytemplate.html found in the same folder as the gallery page of interest.
If you want gallery pages to have different templates then put the gallery pages in different folders. Each folder can have only one mytemplate. If you are looking for a more complicated scheme than that maybe it's time to edit in the raw and upload via ftp?
We have tried to allow for reinoculation of files (should you change your mind about format). However, this is one of those messy deals. If you have already added a few pages under one scheme changing in mid stream might leave some rather odd looking detritus lying about. But that's nother a little Advanced edit can't fix.
